Well, I guess this means that common sense didn't prevail. After the shootings in Tucson that left 6 dead and a number of people wounded (including Rep. Gabrielle Giffords) and in the wake of another shooting in a school in California, the state of Nebraska is going to allow teachers to carry concealed handguns in school.
Question: if a teacher "loses it" and goes on a killing spree, will Nebraska introduce a new bill allowing students to carry concealed weapons so they can defend themselves from "deranged" teachers?
Will kindergarten teachers be allowed to carry concealed weapons as well? Everyone knows that toddlers can be dangerous maniacs and that guns are the safest thing in the world...
Another question: who is the biggest nutcase? The senator who came up with this idea or those who elected him?
